Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Sub-Shop.com account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
