It's heavily made, but the vegan leather is lightweight, itself, so it's easier to wear. The tapered fit under the chin and over the shoulders makes this  4" tall posture collar easier to wear too, but that large neck piece extending into the decolletage (a fancy name for the area above a woman's breasts) makes this a challenge all the same. Add a gag and it's even more challenging. Add a BIG gag, and you've got quite a challenge for training indeed!
