The 2" ankle cuff buckles tightly and the 1/2" strap goes under the shoe in front of the heel. These buckles don't have locking tongues, but you can still put padlocks (sold separately) through the regular buckle holes in the strap to make removal of these cuffs and the high heels impossible without the keys!

This way, you can keep your gagged sub right where you want them to be. They fit so well that no matter how hard they wiggle, your slave won't be able to escape. Not to worry, they're durable and adjustable so your slave will remain comfortable even in total submission to you.
