The internal penis gag is 1.75" long with a 1.25" diameter for effective gagging and oral technique training. The external dildo cums in either 4" or 5" long both with a 1 1/2" diameter for all kinds of fun, both vaginal and anal. You can even use it to grab hold and lead your slave where you want to! The wide riveted panel of this gag presses against the lips for more effective gagging and it looks great.
